Welcome to Atlas Pro Detailing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (atlasprodetailing.com) and the mobile auto detailing services we provide. By booking an appointment or using our services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Service Terms

Atlas Pro Detailing LLC provides mobile automotive detailing services. We operate primarily out of a specialized mobile unit and come to your specified location to perform the requested services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Service Location & Access

Because we are a fully mobile detailing business, we require a safe, legally permissible, and adequate workspace to perform our services.

Space Requirements: The vehicle must be parked in a driveway, private parking lot, or street parking that safely accommodates our truck and equipment without violating local laws or HOA regulations.
Property Access: You grant us permission to enter the designated property to perform the agreed-upon services. We are not responsible for any property damage resulting from standard detailing procedures (e.g., water runoff).
Utilities Access: We may require use of outside water spigot and electrical box. If either of these are not accessible or in working order, we kindly ask that you inform us before the date of service.

3. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

Personal Items: Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and car seats from the vehicle prior to the appointment. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.
Pre-Existing Damage: Before beginning the detailing process, we will perform a brief visual inspection of the vehicle. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, chipped paint, peeling clear coat, cracked glass, or interior tears.
Heavily Soiled Vehicles: If a vehicle’s interior is deemed severely neglected (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or heavy stains) and was not quoted as such, we reserve the right to adjust the final price or refuse service.

4. Weather Conditions

As a mobile detailing service operating in Northeast Ohio, our work is heavily dependent on weather conditions. In the event of rain, severe thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, or high winds, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the next available date to ensure the safety of your vehicle, our equipment, and the quality of our work.

5. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment

Estimates: All prices quoted via phone, email, or our website (atlasprodetailing.com) are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. The final price is subject to change upon in-person inspection of the vehicle's actual condition.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash, check, and Venmo

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelations or reschedules inside of 24 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Pro Detailing LLC takes the utmost care when servicing your vehicle. However, the Customer agrees to hold Atlas Pro Detailing LLC harmless for any unforeseen or accidental damage that may occur during the detailing process, provided it is not a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. We are not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that occur before, during, or after our services.

8. Use of Media

We often take before and after photos or videos of our work for marketing, training, and promotional purposes on our website and social media. By using our services, you grant us permission to use images of your vehicle. We will never capture or share images of your license plate, personal identifying information, or home address without explicit consent. (If you wish to opt out, please notify us before the service begins).

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page on our website.
